I started my business to show people that it is possible to create the life you want, with the right plan, the right support, and the right network. I believe no one should feel stuck in circumstances that prevent them from living fully, and I’m here to help others design a life they don’t need to escape from.
I was told I would never walk again, and yet, I just completed the Olympic version of an IronMan in September 2025.
MY WHY
For over 20 years, I worked in the banking industry, helping people through difficult situations. I was used to solving problems and guiding others through challenges, but nothing prepared me for the life-altering moment that changed everything.
On December 1, 2018, while at the peak of my fitness journey and training for an IronMan, I suffered unexpected seizures during a workout. I spent 10 days in the hospital, unable to walk, and was told I would never walk again. At 36 years old, strong, healthy, and determined, those words were devastating. Doctors couldn’t give me answers. Only the harsh reality that this was now “my life” and I would have to “figure it out.”
And that’s exactly what I did.
I shifted my energy into building something new. With no experience, just a set of keys and two flyers, I stepped into marketing and began growing a business. I quickly realized I couldn’t do it alone, so I built a network of trusted professionals to help me succeed. That network became my lifeline. It carried me through not only rebuilding my career but also through some of life’s hardest seasons: losing my brother, later losing my mother, and eventually becoming her caregiver.
Networking didn’t just grow my business, it built my reputation. When my job suddenly ended, I had three offers in less than 24 hours because of the connections and trust I had built. And because of that same network, I had the flexibility and freedom to be present for my mom’s care and, later, for my father.
Those experiences changed my perspective. Life is short, and I realized I never wanted to be limited by whether I could afford time off or whether I was “allowed” to be there for the people who mattered most. I wanted to create a life on my terms—one that aligned with my values, my family, and my purpose.
Now, that's what I help others do.
